The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says warplanes and helicopters target several villages in Idlib on Tuesday as a local civil defence group … Idlib notably falls within a network of four de-escalation zones endorsed by Turkey, Russia and Iran in which acts of aggression are expressly forbidden.
